Privacy Policy
Davis's Big Beautiful Workout App is designed to help you log workouts, review progress, and connect your training history with Apple Health data. This policy describes what the app accesses, how that information is used, and where it is stored.
Information the app accesses
- Workout logs you create in the app
- Health and fitness data from Apple Health, such as workouts, sleep, heart rate, activity, cardio fitness, recovery-related metrics, and body composition
- Optional workout route information from Apple Health, including route start location, when you grant workout route access
- Files you choose to import or export, such as CSV workout files
- Gym names, addresses, and map search queries when you use gym search features powered by Apple MapKit
How the app uses this information
- Log and display your workouts
- Generate training insights and progress views
- Relate workout history to Health data such as sleep, activity, cardio, and recovery metrics
- Help identify or tag gyms for workouts
- Import, export, and back up your workout data
- Measure feature usage and app reliability using anonymous product analytics
Data storage
Your data is primarily stored on your device.
If you enable iCloud and the feature is available on your device, the app may store exported or imported workout files in your personal iCloud document container so your files stay available across your devices signed into the same Apple ID.
Data sharing
The developer does not sell your personal data.
The app may send anonymous product analytics to TelemetryDeck to help the developer understand feature usage, navigation flow, onboarding completion, import and export behavior, and app reliability.
These analytics are designed to avoid sending the contents of your workouts or Health records. The app does not intentionally send raw Health values, workout notes, workout route coordinates, imported or exported file contents, profile names, or gym addresses through its analytics events.
Analytics events may include coarse metadata such as app version, build number, iOS version, locale, screen names, feature usage, event counts, selected options, success or failure states, and an anonymous installation-based identifier.
You can turn anonymous analytics off inside the app in Settings.
Some features rely on Apple services, including Apple Health and HealthKit, Apple iCloud, and Apple MapKit. When you use those features, limited information may be processed by Apple as necessary to provide the service.
Permissions
You can choose whether to grant Health access. If you do not grant permission, Health-based insights and route-linked gym features may be limited or unavailable.
You can also control iCloud availability through your Apple account and device settings.
You can also control anonymous analytics from the in-app Settings screen.
Children's privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13.
